TERMS OF REFERENCE
I. REQUIREMENTS FOR SUPPLIERS
A. Licensed and officially registered supplier of the goods in China
B. Able to provide/deliver the goods to PDOT-Beijing Office or the venue on or before March 10, 2023
C. Flexible on payment terms
II. BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT
RMB 20,000.00 inclusive of taxes, excluding delivery
NOTE: The winning bid however, shall be determined based on the proposal with the most advantageous financial package cost, provided that the amount of bid does not exceed the above total budget.
