REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
PLANTS RENTAL FOR PDOT-BEIJING OFFICE
ONE YEAR (2024-2025)
I. REQUIREMENT
A. Licensed plant supplier in Beijing, China
B. Provide rent service of 5 pieces of Dracaenafragrans(L.) Ker Gawl for one year
C. Ensure the quality and delivery of the required plants at no less than 3 feet height with a presentable holding pot
D. Provide watering, fertilizing, and pruning at least once a week.
E. Provide replacement of any of the 5 pieces of the plants whenever necessary
F. Delivery date: July 15, 2024
II. BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT
RMB 5,000.00
based on current foreign currency exchange rate inclusive of taxes
NOTE: The winning bid however, shall be determined based on the proposal with the most advantageous financial package cost, provided that the amount of bid does not exceed the above total budget.
III. DEADLINE TO SUBMIT: June 30, 2024
